• Restrict or inhibit any other user from using and enjoying any public area within our sites;
• Interfere with or disrupt our sites, servers, or networks;
• Engage or promote in any illegal activities.
• Harvest or otherwise collect information about users, including personal information and public information without BuySellChem's consent; or otherwise create any liability for BuySellChem or its affiliates.
Applicable Laws and Jurisdiction
The formulation, implementation, interpretation, and settlement of any arguments shall be applicable to the laws of Panama. If both sides have a disagreement with each other and fail in consultation, any of them may submit a lawsuit to the people’s court which is in charge of BuySellChem.
Terms Modification
BuySellChem reserves the right to modify, add, and delete any contents of this legal notice at any time. Every time you log in or use the BuySellChem website shall be considered as agreeing with the effective terms and conditions at that time. Therefore, you should check the date of the legal notices and examine the present version with the previous one (especially the modified places).
